This dashboard application streamlines operations and enhances member experience by offering features such as member registration and profile management, attendance tracking, payment processing, and billing management. It facilitates class and schedule management, including registration and waitlist functionality, while also managing trainer profiles, appointment scheduling, and commission tracking.

What was the problem?

The application was suffering from potential UX and UI issues like information overload, unclear labeling, inconsistent layout, confusing navigation, low color contrast, small font size, and ambiguous icons. This can overwhelm users, hinder their ability to find information and complete tasks, and ultimately lead to a frustrating user experience.

How I solved the problem?

As a UX & UI designer, I propose decluttering, prioritizing information, using clear labels and layouts, streamlining navigation, boosting visual clarity, and focusing on user-centric design with ongoing testing.
