The challenge - background check

Our team faced a major challenge of designing a flow for driver's background check. The background check process involves several complex steps. To simplify the process for the administrator and avoid any confusion, we decided to introduce a stepper component. It provides visual clues to the administrator and helps them understand the ongoing process, as well as what further steps are required to complete the procedure.
