Vision-Making Machine

I designed this line art diagram for a series of workbooks I did for Lead Today Communities. The gears represent your goals and the engine represents a specific vision you have. Say you wanted to start a bakery, the gears represent smaller more easily attained goals like renting out space, hiring staff, coming up with different menu items, etc. In order to start bakery (or engine) you have get all the gears moving for that to happen. It's a very simple design, but I really like the simplicity of it.
