Non-Profit Infographic & Annual Report

WellFort is a community health centre, with two locations in Toronto's GTA.

Designing this report involved conceptualising, strategising, and creating the visual and textual elements that effectively communicate the mission, impact, and financial performance of the non-profit organisation as looked to the future.
