eBag Delivery Mobile App Design
This mobile application was created to offer a new Uber-like non-food delivery service. The user, identified through their bank ID, creates an order to deliver a parcel bag with a QR code for a driver (or delivery vendor). A driver picks up a bag by scanning a QR code with its ID and carries it to the agreed place.
The main features are:
- well-thought-out user flow
- seamless user journey
- a holistic design system
- client's and driver's (vendor's) interfaces.
The design workflow was based on research, stakeholder interviews, preparing specifications, competitive analysis, creating information architecture, user flow, and lo-fi prototyping. The next step included preparing a mood board, a design system, and a high-fidelity user interface finalized after usability testing.
Tools and Methods: Figma, market research, competitive analysis, information architecture, prototyping, mood board, design system, usability testing.
