Medium But It Shows You Actual Reading Time

One of the my problems with Medium is that it shows you a short reading time and I usually gravitate to those articles as quick light reading but 15 minutes later I am still there. Then I realized that is not Medium's problem, this is my problem for being a slow-reader... so what if Medium showed two different "reading" speeds and at the same time throw you a little shade for being a slow reader?
