re-mapping some core flows

As we're putting together the product roadmap for 2016, I've been going back to first principles to re-define some of the key flows.

This helps us to identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and prioritize design work. It ensures that we're able to clearly track progress toward defined goals, while keeping the user experience top of mind.
