New lemlist settings

We updated the settings in lemlist to add more clarity for users.

User settings and team settings are both in a full-screen popup accessible almost anywhere in the app.

The accounts used to send campaigns were moved in a different tab called "sending settings" to avoid confusion with the login credentials and security features.

A tutorial to connect a LinkedIn account was also added in the sending settings tab to help users find the information.
