Finding Your Voice

Since I've been doing work with students for the past year or so, I've heard a lot about feelings of inadequacy and/or doubt in working in this industry.

Starting anything is tough, so I figured I'd speak a bit more into that process to those people just getting going and feeling daunted at jumping into the Design conversation.
