Flexi UX design

In 2023, I collaborated with Flexi (a well-known Mexican footwear brand) on a school project to design an interface for an application aimed at the company's workers, specifically those in the quality assurance department. Flexi sought our assistance in addressing issues within this area, with the most significant being the lack of an objective method for measuring shoe quality. The reliance on human inspection led to inconsistencies in quality assessment, resulting in returned shoes that had previously been approved by others and disagreements over required standards.

My proposed solution involved leveraging colorimetry or resistance sensors on the production line, coupled with an application to detect any cutting or finishing flaws in the product using a scanner. By integrating sensor technology with an intuitive application interface, we aimed to provide real-time feedback on product quality, enabling workers to identify and address issues promptly.
