Half-man/Half-rooster Engraving Wine Label

Beer52 approached me to design a unique wine label for the Tejo region, emphasizing the use of local artists. Tasked with creating a modern, surreal label capturing the essence of Tejo, I also had to coin a fitting name for the wine.

I devised a concept featuring a half-human, half-animal figure donning Victorian attire, with the rooster representing Portugal's iconic symbol. Dubbing the wine "Heitor" in homage to a prominent rooster from my family's farm, I encapsulated its leadership essence within the label's narrative.
