SchoolUp Product Concept
For this design exercise I was tasked with creating a product from the client's data set relating to schools across the US. I identified parents of younger children as a potential target user base and through qualitative interviews learned how parents currently conduct searches for schools, what they're looking for, and what pitfalls they encounter.
Through these insights I developed a concept to display the client's data as a website, in an approachable, helpful, and concise way. In addition to client data, I also added interactive elements to the site (bookmarks, comparisons, and user reviews) to encourage retention, and create additional value for users.
Below you can find my final prototype screens followed by a selection of UX deliverables used to illustrate design thinking to stakeholders during the pitch presentation.
