Improving iPad multitasking

​While iOS 9 introduced great new multitasking tools, selecting apps to multitask with can be a chore.​ Jason Snell wrote about some ideas to improve iPad multitasking, and after I read the article and found myself in agreement, I mocked up some tweaks and new bits of functionality based on his suggestions.

The ideas:
• Compact design for Slide Over app picker
• Search functionality in Slide Over app picker
• Pinned apps in Slide Over app picker for easy access
• Choosing pairs of apps to launch together in Split View
