The Logo

The idea in the icon was to present intimate and cosy mood, at the same time it had to look classy, luxury and elegant, and still be associated with tea.

In Teamo's logo concept we combine the intimacy of chocolate, the charm of the coffee and the spirit of the herbal tea. With other words combination of test, smell and spirit.

The Packaging

Different in many ways. Not only perfectly related to and complimenting the brand, but also very revolutionary and YES it is something no one has seen before.

About the brand and the concept behind the packaging:

• Needs to move away from the mindset being a manufacturer and see Te Amo as limited edition-personal.

• Te Amo needs to be solid, but luxury and elegant, conveying the current market-driven nature of tea business, but also communicating the trustworthiness and dependability of an old company with long traditions. Needs to position them well against competitors such as: TWG, Art of Zayne, Zealong, Te. Also prove that Te Amo is about the intimate atmosphere created by the richness of the taste and the elevation of the spirit by satisfying the sensesthe with the complexity of the aroma (preserved by the special way of drying of the tea).

•Establishing marketing and design objects identity

•Focusing at how the packaging communicates image and price level.

Based on research Metaka Art Studio developed and refined a concept for tea package. While most of the tea brands use common colours and shapes we decided to take a step forward. It wasn't enough package to be good - it had to stand out.

Fig 1. The package design is unique and brakes the standard of the regular square tea box. It represents half of a heart shape because you fulfil your heart with every next tea.

Fig 2. The box fits a standard amount of 20 tea bags. The box is easy to open. The top punchline allows easy peeling without destroying it.

Teamo Luxury Green Bundle

The green colour is inspired by nature and the mysticism of the mountains. We kept the gold yellow as the perfect reminder of the brand and its high standard. The green luxury packaging design utilises a concept of half-heart-shaped tea boxes, enticing customers to purchase a complementary box to complete the shape. The complete box bundle can be arranged in a half circle. This design strategy effectively encourages customers to make repeat purchases to obtain a full-circle shape.

Teamo tea box bundle

The assortment comprises 5 distinct categories of botanical teas, and each package is adorned in the corresponding hue of the herb. The entirety of the bungle takes on a semi-circular shape, mirroring a diverse array of choices. This shape may evoke associations with traditional fireplaces, often linked to a comfortable and intimate atmosphere. Tea packaging design uses half-heart-shaped boxes to encourage complementary purchases.
