Redesign Niagahoster Website
Overview
My involvement in the Niagahoster internship culminated in a significant project: the redesign of their website. This task was particularly challenging as the existing site faced issues with payment processing and lacked comprehensive information about the services available. My objective with this redesign was twofold: to enhance the user experience by addressing these shortcomings and to streamline the checkout process to minimize user hesitation.To achieve these goals, I conducted thorough research to understand the specific needs and preferences of our target audience. This informed the redesign process, where I implemented user-friendly interfaces, improved payment processing systems, and enriched the website with comprehensive service descriptions and features. The result was a website that not only addressed existing issues but also exceeded user expectations.
Throughout this project, I collaborated closely with the development team, incorporating their expertise to ensure the technical feasibility and smooth implementation of my designs. I also conducted user testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements, ensuring that the final product was optimized for user satisfaction. This project was a culmination of my internship at Niagahoster, showcasing not only my technical skills in web design and development but also my ability to understand and meet user needs effectively. It was a rewarding experience that taught me valuable lessons in project management, teamwork, and user-centric design.
