BitVam - UI Concept: Loans with Digital Currency

I've designed a UI concept for getting loans with digital currency. After Benchmarking, I thought of using dark colors with neon green and purple, to reflect the digital currency theme. But, to build trust with users for loan approval, I switched to a bright color scheme with green and purple.

What do you think? Do you prefer dark or bright colors?
