Living Style Guide

This is a project I've been working in tandem with a developer here at Levatas. We are attempting to make style guides more useful. This "Living Style Guide" is accessible for design, development, quality assurance, and the product owner. They all have special reasons for using the style guide, and they all want the latest version. We've found that the best way to do this is to keep code as the law. Updating throw-away pixels and PDFs is not an agile way to develop. However, we do have access to usage rules and fresh designs to develop under a contextual InVision link at the top right. Invision updates automatically so development will always see the latest.

We built in features as we went such as release notes, time stamps, 2-level navigation, contextual usage notes in the code snippets, and a convenient copy to clipboard button.

Obviously much of the credit here goes to my developer teammate, Ethan Pitts! We have talked about making this open source. I'll let the community know if that happens. But we can't wait to start using this on all our new projects. Who knows what we'll do with all this free time now?!
