DermSmart is creating an AI-powered chatbot for the general public, that users can consult just like a real dermatologist. They can describe their symptoms, ask any topical questions and even send photos of their skin conditions for analysis.
I designed the UX & UI of the entire customer journey, from the initial request to the delivery of the diagnosis and treatment recommendations, while respecting the branding guidelines that the company uses for its other products.
