Social issues always hold a special place in our hearts, especially when it comes to things that have a tangible impact on people’s lives. This time, our efforts are directed towards healthcare, or more specifically, making medical appointments even more convenient than they currently are.

We started off by analyzing healthcare and people’s needs. We studied user scenarios, patient characteristics, and concerns that could be addressed via video consultations. Next, we developed the structure and concept prototypes, which featured AI-powered automatic transcription. This will allow users to take simple and organized notes during calls.

Given how important and delicate health matters are, we aim to make a unique visual and emotional impression with our interface concept. We took special care to come up with a color palette and typography that create an atmosphere of trust and tranquility without a doctor’s physical presence. As a result, a remote medical appointment is not only efficient but also as comfortable as can be.
