Welkynd Stone

I was always intrigued by the Ayleid Ruins in Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. A powerful and (to me) mysterious ancient race? Who wouldn't be interested by that? A Welkynd stone was used by the Ayleids to storehouse magic for later use and can be found in a variety styles and sizes.
