Curriculum design through Te Tiriti based partnerships. (ANZH)
I had the chance to create the Aotearoa New Zealand Histories (ANZH) Module while working with the Ministry of Education. It's part of the 'Curriculum Design through Te Tiriti-Based Partnerships' initiative, aiming to assist kaiako and teachers in shaping their local curriculum for ANZH
My role involved collecting, designing, and constructing a user-friendly module that authentically represents the distinct spaces of each iwi, facilitating the sharing of narratives. The module, crafted using Adobe Suite and Articulate Storyline 360 encapsulates a seamless and engaging user experience.
This module was developed by Ministry of Education, in partnership with Te Tai Whanake ki Tauranga Moana (representing Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranginui, and Ngāti Pūkenga), and Delaye Media.
The process of creating background textures.
Crafted intricate textures inspired by the rich visual language of Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti Ranginui, and Ngāti Pūkenga. These textures form the foundation for the series, embodying the essence of each iwi's identity. Enclosed are the refined iterations of the pattern build and style guide, serving as a curated collection for the series.
