Me and Adobe СС subscription today

Today is not the best day for our relationship. I have subscription, but last two monts Adobe App manager think than i must use trial versions. And today trial was expired and my subscription doesn't work. Support still does not answer and i reinstall my OS and use trial again. Aggggr.
