The objective of the "ALERTA SAÚDE" platform is to provide a PRE-ASSESSMENT service for patients with chronic non-communicable diseases at any time, remotely, through technology developed with Artificial Intelligence, diagnosing the patient's health status at that moment and sending recommendations according to the degree of risk indicated by the system.
