Last summer, I co-founded a venture studio called Pragma Labs with peers from a previous start-up. After launching two successful service-based businesses, we tried our hand in the dark underbelly of accounts receivables—debt collection. We thought AI might be able to shape a notoriously foul industry (most FCC complaints) into something more humane. This is Oliver.
