Genèse

The GENÈSE project is a digital interface that showcases a panel of eight different prosthetics, modelled and animated in 3D. These consist of eclectic modules inspiredby the body and the machine, printed in 3D. Thanks to these elements it is possibleto understand their construction and discover a new way to imagine our own body. Each prototype is analysed through a detailed technical sheet explaining the creative process, presenting the materials, and questioning the reader about how the human body is perceived.The aim is to show the extent of the possibilities for creation and personalization ona prosthesis base. The demand and desire is there among disabled people, and this kind of modification could make it easier for them to accept themselves and retrieve their bodies.
