Established in 30 countries on 4 continents, Loxam Group is the European leader in the rental of equipment and tools for building, industry, landscaping and service offers.

As a lead UX/UI designer, I focused on exploring a French brunch while conducting UX research. Conducted analysis and illustrated pain points through 35+ branches across France and engaged with 210+ stakeholders.
