MyTutor: Online Tutoring Platform

The MyTutor team and Geniusee team worked together on an innovative online tutoring platform that will revolutionize the education industry. Through this reconfiguration, a smart built-in system will automatically create groups based on similar demands for subjects and approaches to the learning process. The platform also offers tutoring services that simplify the lives of qualified online tutors and students. With MyTutor, scheduling, timetables, and class formation are no longer a concern.

Key challenges: 

  • The requirement to create a strategy for executing releases within a tight timeline.

  • To develop smart and occasionally experimental customized solutions for issue solving.

  • The need to ensure the security and high-performance of third-party integrations.

Project Tech Stack:

Back End: Java, Spring, Hibernate, Postgres, Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Event-driven approach

Front End:React.js, AWS Amplify, Webpack, ReduxToolkit (RTK),Formik, i18next, Cypress

Infrastructure: API Gateway, EKS, VPC, NAT, Lambda, RDS, Cognito, S3, Cloudfront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, WAF, X-RAY, ECR

Results: 

  1. Subsequent to the initial delivery of the first MVP version in two months, there were regular iterations.

  2. The architecture is based on microservices and is designed to be scalable and serverless.

  3. The UI/UX is intuitive and has been developed based on feedback received from real users.

  4. The integrated security solutions are based on third-party services.

  5. A solution that reshapes the educational industry trusted by 1,300 secondary schools.

  6. Centralized access to multiple asset platforms.
