Integration management for DCT

The Integrations Platform was created to help users more effectively manage 3rd party API integrations in their study. Traditionally, at Medable, this process has required users to build a JSON file with all of the necessary "secrets" and form and mappings. This process was time-consuming and tedious, creating the opportunity for errors along the way, leading to a testing and scaling nightmare. It also limited the likelihood for non-technical users to assist with setting up the system, which could reduce the adoption of the overall product and create a burden for Medable's Help Desk.

The goal was to find a way to create a simple "point-and-click" interface that would allow the user the capabilities to quickly, efficiently, and confidently set up a new integration in minutes rather than hours.
