OptimizeAI is a cutting-edge Point of Sale (POS) software designed to revolutionize inventory and sales management for businesses in the foodservice industry. The software integrates advanced AI-powered features, including predictive inventory and sales forecasting, to provide businesses with actionable insights for optimizing operations.

Client Background

Our client is a dynamic restaurant chain looking to enhance their inventory and sales management processes. The client operates in a competitive market and aims to stay ahead by leveraging innovative technology solutions.

Problem Statement

Our goal was to create a user-friendly and intuitive POS software that empowers restaurant owners and managers to efficiently manage their inventory, predict future inventory needs, and forecast sales trends.

Research Phase & Targeting Users

Conducted user interviews with restaurant owners and managers. Analyzed competitors, including Square app, Upserve Inventory, Toast Inventory, Marketmen, Bevspot, and Touchbistro. Created user personas to represent various roles within the restaurant industry.

The target users may range from younger employees in their 20s and 30s to older, more experienced employees in their 40s and 50s. In the hospitality industry, the target users may include front desk agents, restaurant staff, and other service personnel who are typically in their 20s to 40s.
