Crush — Part 1

Crush is a pizza and wine spot in the newly redeveloped Water Park in Arlington Virginia. We were looking to develop a brand that was bold and fun. Crush’s name plays off of the pizza and wine making process — crushing tomatoes and crushing grapes. We also liked that the name could bring action and playfulness into the brand. The logo features custom letterforms that express a boldness which serves as an anchor for the restaurant’s identity.
