Usability Testing of Shopping App

At the end of 2022, I conducted field research on the ease of use of the Migros application. During the interviews and questionnaires, some points were identified that were improved for ease and speed of use. For testing, new screen sketches were developed and an interactive prototype was assembled in Figma.
