The Talent Company

The Talent Company is a new kind of consulting company based in Stockholm, Sweden. Specialising in HR and strategic talent management, they help companies succeed in talent decisions and organisational architecture. Most importantly, they help you create the people magic that will make your company unique.

I was hired early in the startup process to do the exciting work of the visual identity. The logotype design resulted in the little asterisk concept, symbolising stars and talents. It also created a playful way to communicate the logo together with additional information such as the company’s tagline.
