Asteri recrutiment

Asteri is a talent agency based in Stockholm working with Europe’s fastest growing companies and the world's most established brands. It is a business unit within The Talent Company, focused on talent acquisition.

I facilitated the Asteri team through brand workshops, followed by development of the creative concept and the visual identity design.

The concept of the star is referring to Asteri as being the fire starter, bringing ideas to life and realising talent strategies. It is also a reference to the name Asteri (meaning star in Greek) and its ties to the mother brand The Talent Company. The result was a sparkling, fiery identity.
