Each month, the design and research team get together for an hour to learn something new: about design, about our customers, about anything that will make Monzo better on their behalf. 

To give this new team ritual its own distinct feel, @jb20232023 and I jammed on an identity that's hopefully as fresh as the topics covered in Design Monthly itself 😌
