Burnt out? (Editorial Key Art)

This is key art created for an interview with the founder of a startup SaaS company focused on tracking employee satisfaction to prevent burnout and retain talent. I used cool and warm tones to reflect the positive and negative emotions as expressed by employees. I thought collaging a photograph with graphic elements would make for an interesting juxtaposition while having the faces be depicted as suns.
