Daily UI Challenge: 002 - credit card checkout

Carrying on from #DailyUI #001...

This is #DailyUI challenge 002: Create a checkout page for a credit card

For this particular app, it is possible to have multiple vendors in your cart. I wanted to create distinction between vendors, and also make it very clear how much the total cost would be for each vendor.

Depending on credit card or Paypal, the appropriate input fields appear below the selection.
