To better understand the needs and preferences of It's GameTime's target audience, we conducted research and analysis, including:

• Competitive Analysis: We reviewed the websites and apps of other sports teams cloud solutions to identify common design trends and features.

• User Persona Development: We created user personas based on demographic and psychographic data to help us understand the needs and goals of different user types.

• User Journey Mapping: We mapped out the user journey for different tasks, such as searching for news or tracking scores, to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
