Intelligent creativity
Working closely with the senior team, we started by understanding what matters most to the workforce of 18,000 people, and the best ways of reaching every corner of one of England’s largest NHS trusts. Today, our multi-channel work is still rooted in those initial insights, with everything designed to evoke an emotional response, encourage feedback and drive motivation. It covers everything from supporting a well workforce to quality improvement, sustainability, behaviour and culture, leadership and development, and the importance of being valued and recognised.
