Form Customization UI

These screens show a UI that I designed to give users the power to take complete control over the form that their workers complete with each job. In the UI the user is able to customize the form to show/hide any fields, rename them, set the placeholder text, mark them required, specify a Spanish translation, rearrange the order of inputs, and more.

It's a solution to a complex design problem, which I think I was able to solve quite well.
