Add activities on a progress report

A progress report isn't fun and attractive. I have imagined a simpler way to fill it. Each day is divided into 10 parts, and users will fill each one with any activities.

Users (or employees) will turn the wheel step by step to fill and connect the dots. Finally, users will fold up the activities card to finish the input.

That is an app concept, made for a challenge to reach out a job and I won it !
