Drug discovery is incredibly slow, expensive, and resource-heavy. The entire therapeutic space is also so vast that picking what to target and test against can be a challenge in itself. Traditional drug discovery methods scale linearly relying on liquid-handling automation that operates on samples using multiwell plates. BioLoomics has developed a proprietary method that can test at a vastly higher scale on a single cell level enabling a much wider and much faster “casting of the net”.
