Ngekos is designed for simplifying property management experiences. With it's clean interface and useful features, Ngekos aiming to give the best experience for real estate owner to manage their property where ever they are.
What are the problems?
Complex user interface: Imagine you have lots of property, it must be hard to remember every single one of them and what are their current status, is it vacant? Is it already sold? and more.
Lost track of money: it must be a headache when you have tons of clients, but you don't know who already paid in full, who just payed the down payment and who hasn't paid yet?
Lost track of client: It is a hassle when sometimes you missed new clients or new leads than can increase your revenue.
How do we solve the problems?
Simplified interface: With a simplified interface you can easily see your properties status, how many properties do you have, how much are rented or already sold.
Payment Tracker: Tracking payment never been this easy, in here you can see the amount, due date, status of payment and print the invoice of they already paid in full or just a down payment.
Lastly, messages: Enabling messages in dashboard allowing you to see the newest till the oldest client avaliable
