Album Concept: THOOK - BONES FROM GOD

I listen to a lot of music while I'm designing to get into my 'Flow State'. As many designers know, music can become an integral part in the design process. Sometimes, the music even subconsciously inspires decisions and design choices without us initially realizing it.

My thoughts behind the design are that everyones' "Bones from God" are different. Everyone is given a different body. Some are "broken" by nature but the people persevere because it's all they know. I think often about mental health and the toll that can have on one's physicality.

THOOK is a lesser known producer of sounds and beats that can fill an atmosphere with feeling and purpose. I am a fan of THOOK's minimal designs for his album covers and decided to make my own version, utilizing the entire canvas.
