Chat between employees/drivers and clients of the service (CRM)

This panel is for communication with employees/users of the service and solving their problems by the support service. Of course, many functions and features that can be used by marketing department, system analysts and managers (creating advertising campaigns, influencing pricing or similar) are closed for support managers.
