Boutique dos Relógios is a remarkable brand in Portugal and a reference in the watch and jewelry segment.
This rebranding offers an experience focused heavily on users, offering a more curated discovery experience, inspiring and guiding customers through their choices.
The main UX challenge was to unit two distinct concepts and products: the regular and more accessible and the luxurious and exclusive one. One website, 2 distinct customer types.
The whitespace provide an elegant site and we’ve elevated the platform with larger editorial photography and elegant typography. The experience was designed to make shopping a pleasure and a more immersive discovery, making customers feel special as in the physical stores.
