We are seeking a passionate design professional to define, lead, and deliver the UI/UX design of the PointDrive web application across a variety of devices.

Design is critical to the success of the PointDrive product. You will work closely with a small team of product leaders to create a functional, flexible, and visually-appealing design that delights users and helps meet business goals.

• Own user experience design from conceptual to tactical including UX, IA, and Visual Design
• Define and recommend the general concepts and details of user experience across a variety of devices, including desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Participate in product design and discussions that take concepts through to production
• Work directly with PointDrive’s application engineers, delivering them product designs, specs, and assets
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product, engineering, and executive teams
• Partner with product manager, engineers, and other designers to oversee that the user experience is simple, straightforward, and elegant
• Continued definition of the company’s design process and tools through an Agile framework focused on continuously delivering the most valuable experience, informed by user feedback
