Designing for fintech can be tough sometimes. Users expect a highly functioning and usable interface, without loosing on the aesthetics of it. Striking the balance can be even harder when you are on a tight timeline.

For an instance, I would have loved to adopt a more neo-skeuomorphic approach for those black edges, but doing so would have required additional efforts from the development team, who were already working their arms off 🧑‍💻 🪫 on building the product.

Another challenge was to maintain accessibility in the text elements. Certain elements, such as chart data numbers, couldn't be made larger or brighter, as it would make the interface feel excessively crowded. Solving for it was certainly rewarding for me as a designer.
