As the Head of Design for Printswag's ecommerce website redesign, I spearheaded a comprehensive transformation focused on enhancing user experience.

My primary initiative involved a meticulous restructuring of the Information Architecture, strategically optimizing it to significantly elevate click-through rates for the team's key products and features. By conducting thorough user research and analysis, I identified pain points and streamlined the user journey, resulting in a more intuitive and efficient navigation system.

In addition to refining the Information Architecture, I took charge of the creative direction for photography and product images. By aligning visual elements with the brand's identity and user preferences, I aimed to evoke a compelling and seamless shopping experience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I ensured that the visual components not only showcased the products effectively but also contributed to an overall aesthetic coherence.
