User personas
Personas are like toolkits for designers. They help designers understand users better by putting themselves in the users' shoes. Imagine creating characters that represent different types of people who might use a product in a similar way. These characters, or personas, are based on information gathered from studying real users. They have backgrounds, goals, worries, and reasons for doing things.
In my project, I've designed both engaging user personas and fictional user persons. The engaging personas is based on real people that I studied during my research (survey)
