BBFB (Breaking Barriers for BAME) | A Front-end overhaul
Led the transformation of the BBFB non-profit organisation's online presence. As the Lead UX Researcher, UI Designer and Front-end Developer, I addressed low user retention rates, low user session times, unresponsiveness and navigational challenges. The usability test validated the success of the redesign, highlighting positive feedback on overall experience and content engagement. I developed my solution in HTML, CSS, and Jquery, creating a sleek, interactive and fully responsible website- seeing a sharp rise in the previous negative contributing factors, and raised the profile of the organisation.
